# Askplane Pricing: Free vs Paid: Features and Limits

> Askplane is free for up to 200 unique participants per month. Paid is $19 per presenter per month, annual, with unlimited participants and branding.

Askplane counts unique people who join a session: not tabs, not presenters, not page reloads. The Free plan covers 200 of those unique joiners per month across all your sessions combined. The Paid plan removes that limit entirely.

## How participant counting works

    A participant is a unique person who joins any session in a calendar month, identified by their work email address. If the same person joins two different sessions in the same month, they count once.

  <Accordion title="What doesn't count?">
    Presenters and hosts are not counted. Rejoining the same session (for example, if the browser closes and reopens) does not create a new count. Multiple browser tabs from the same person count as one.

  <Accordion title="When does the counter reset?">
    The participant count resets at the start of each calendar month. If you have 180 participants in October, you start November with a fresh count.
